Marketing, promotions, and rewards at Ocean Resort online
Ocean Resort describes their online welcome offer as “the biggest welcome bonus in New Jersey,” with a no-deposit bonus of up to $125, and a huge $10,000 offered for first-time depositors.
The no-deposit bonus is segmented into seven 24-hour periods — five days of $10 bonuses and two days of $25. An additional $25 bonus is only for use at the physical New Jersey casino. For online casino players, this bonus is therefore only worth $100.
You unlock the next day’s bonus by wagering the previous day’s bonus total. The wagering requirement for this is 30x on each segment.
For example, if you played three days in a row and received $30 in bonus money, you would then have to wager $900 (or $30 x 30) to complete the offer before you could withdraw any winnings. You need to play consecutive days to continue earning bonus money, so if you stop playing for 24 hours the promotion will finish.
The second bonus is the bigger one, weighing in at a possible $10,000 over 10 days. Deposit $10 or more each day to trigger each bonus and unlock the next day’s deposit bonus. These deposit match offers increase in scale each day, as follows:

Its mobile offering worked well on both the Android and iOS devices we tested it on.
The menus were still easy to navigate on a touchscreen, and all the features worked smoothly and quickly. However, the visually pleasing photo background of the main casino site was replaced with a monotone backdrop, and some of the impressively animated menu transitions have also been dropped.

The same five deposit options are also available for withdrawal at Ocean Casino. We could not find any information on withdrawal limits, except the $10 minimum, even after asking customer service.
We did find the casino aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours. This does not include time spent verifying your information for know your customer (KYC) purposes. This may require you to submit photographs of your proof-of-address or identity documents before you make your first withdrawal, which may take some time.
Once the money is on your prepaid card or in your PayNearMe account, you can withdraw it instantly from participating retailers. Visa or Mastercard customers may have to wait for an extra one to three days.
If you can get there, withdrawing from the physical casino cage may be the fastest method. There is also no way of closing or minimizing the chat box without refreshing the page, which makes it impossible to browse or continue playing games while your request is open.
However, the live support agents were quick and efficient. The email support staff, however, took several attempts to understand our query and could not answer it clearly. We also had one email query answered by two staff at once, leading to confusion.
